Shipping Policy
Last updated: 30 September 2026
This Shipping Policy explains how Tavemio processes, ships and delivers orders.
Shipping availability, delivery times, shipping methods and any applicable charges may vary depending on the product, destination and fulfilment location.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
1. Shipping Destinations
Tavemio ships to selected countries and regions.
The destinations currently available for a particular order will be shown during checkout.
Shipping availability may vary depending on:
- the product;
- destination country or region;
- supplier or fulfilment location;
- carrier availability; and
- applicable legal or logistical restrictions.
If a destination cannot be selected during checkout, Tavemio does not currently offer delivery of that order to the destination.
Tavemio may add or remove available shipping destinations over time.
2. Order Processing and Dispatch
Orders may be processed through Tavemio and one or more authorised suppliers or fulfilment partners.
Processing and dispatch times may therefore vary between products.
Once an order has been prepared and dispatched, the relevant order status and tracking information will be updated where tracking is available.
Payment processing and fulfilment are handled in accordance with the applicable payment method and Tavemio's Terms of Service.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on factors including:
- the product;
- destination;
- fulfilment location;
- processing time;
- selected shipping method;
- carrier; and
- customs or import processing where applicable.
The applicable estimated delivery information will be displayed or otherwise communicated in connection with the relevant product, checkout or order.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available when the order is placed.
They may occasionally be affected by circumstances such as:
- carrier delays;
- customs processing;
- weather;
- public holidays;
- unusually high shipping volumes;
- local delivery disruptions; or
- other circumstances outside Tavemio's reasonable control.
Such circumstances do not remove or restrict any mandatory rights you may have in relation to delayed delivery.
For consumers protected by EU consumer law, where no different delivery period has been agreed, goods must generally be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the purchase agreement has been concluded. European Commission
4. Orders Containing Multiple Products
Tavemio may work with multiple suppliers and fulfilment locations.
If you order more than one product, your order may therefore:
- be divided into multiple shipments;
- be dispatched on different dates;
- arrive on different dates;
- originate from different fulfilment locations; and
- have more than one tracking number.
Where applicable, different products may also have different estimated delivery times.
If Tavemio chooses to divide an order into multiple shipments, you will not be charged additional shipping fees after completing your purchase solely because the order has been split, unless an additional charge was clearly disclosed and agreed before purchase.
5. Suppliers and Fulfilment Partners
Tavemio may use third-party suppliers, warehouses, fulfilment partners and logistics providers to prepare and deliver orders.
Products may therefore be shipped directly from a fulfilment location in a country other than your country of residence.
Your purchase is nevertheless made from Tavemio.
The use of a third-party supplier, fulfilment provider or carrier does not transfer Tavemio's responsibilities as the seller where Tavemio is responsible under applicable consumer law.
6. Shipping Costs
Any shipping charges payable to Tavemio will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping costs may vary depending on:
- destination;
- product;
- shipment weight or size;
- fulfilment location;
- shipping method; and
- applicable promotions.
Where free shipping is offered, the relevant conditions will be stated on the website or during checkout.
7. Taxes, Customs Duties and Import Charges
The tax and customs treatment of an order may depend on:
- the customer's destination;
- the country from which the product is shipped;
- the value and nature of the goods; and
- applicable tax and customs rules.
Where Tavemio is required to collect VAT, sales tax, import VAT, duties or similar charges at checkout, the applicable amount will be included or displayed as required.
For some international shipments, taxes, duties, customs charges or carrier handling fees may instead be assessed by the destination country's authorities or carrier.
Where applicable law requires Tavemio to inform you of such charges before purchase, the relevant information will be provided before the order is completed.
Tavemio will not knowingly impose undisclosed mandatory charges that Tavemio is legally required to bear.
8. Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the order has been dispatched.
Tracking information may require some time to become active after the carrier receives the shipment.
For orders containing multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Tracking events are generally supplied by the relevant carrier and may not always update in real time.
9. Delivery Address and Customer Information
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information during checkout.
Please review your:
- full name;
- street address;
- postal code;
- city;
- country; and
- other required delivery information
before placing your order.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately at:
We will make reasonable efforts to correct the information where possible.
However, once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to change the delivery address.
Where additional costs arise solely because materially incorrect delivery information was supplied by the customer, Tavemio may recover reasonable additional costs where permitted by applicable law.
10. Delayed Delivery
If your order does not arrive within the estimated or agreed delivery period, please contact:
We will investigate the shipment with the relevant supplier, fulfilment partner or carrier.
For consumers protected by EU consumer law, if the goods are not delivered within the agreed period, or within 30 days where no other period was agreed, applicable law may allow the consumer to give the seller an additional reasonable period for delivery and subsequently terminate the agreement if delivery still does not occur. Certain exceptions apply where timely delivery was essential or the seller refuses to deliver. European Union
Nothing in this policy limits those statutory rights.
11. Lost Shipments
If tracking indicates a delivery problem or your order appears to be lost, please contact Tavemio.
Where Tavemio arranged the carrier and applicable consumer law places the delivery risk on Tavemio, Tavemio remains responsible for resolving the matter with the carrier or fulfilment provider.
We may investigate the shipment before determining the appropriate resolution.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the resolution may include:
- replacement;
- re-delivery; or
- refund.
12. Damaged Shipments
If a product or parcel arrives damaged, please contact:
as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide:
- your order number;
- a description of the problem; and
- photographs of the product and/or packaging where reasonably relevant.
This helps us investigate the issue with the supplier or carrier.
Your statutory rights concerning damaged or defective goods remain unaffected.
13. Risk During Delivery
Where Tavemio arranges the shipment to a consumer, responsibility for loss of or damage to the goods remains with Tavemio until the customer, or another person designated by the customer other than the carrier, obtains physical possession of the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
Under EU consumer law, the risk generally passes to the consumer when the consumer or their designated recipient physically receives the goods. A different rule can apply where the consumer independently appoints a carrier that was not offered by the seller. EUR-Lex
14. Uncollected or Refused Parcels
If you wish to exercise a right of withdrawal or request a return, please use Tavemio's available return/cancellation functionality or contact us.
Simply refusing a parcel or failing to collect it does not necessarily constitute valid notice that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
If an uncollected parcel is returned to Tavemio or a fulfilment partner, we will handle the order in accordance with applicable consumer law and Tavemio's Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy.
15. Returns and Cancellations
Information about:
- withdrawals;
- returns;
- cancellations;
- return shipping costs;
- defective products; and
- refunds
is available in our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy.
Where available, customers may submit a return or cancellation request through their Tavemio customer account.

Please follow the return instructions provided for your order before sending a return.
16. Changes to Shipping Availability
Tavemio may update available:
- countries;
- shipping methods;
- carriers;
- shipping rates; and
- fulfilment options
as our business and logistics network develops.
Changes will not retroactively remove mandatory rights relating to an order that has already been placed.
